That's why all permissions javascript boxes are shown with ????? ????

Some notes regarding the ukrainian translation:

1. File common.php:
'JUMP_TO_PAGE' => 'Перейти на сторінку…',
It needs to remove: …

2. File common.php:
'START_WATCHING_FORUM' => 'Підписатись на цей форум.',
'START_WATCHING_TOPIC' => 'Підписатись на цю тему.',
'STOP_WATCHING_FORUM' => 'Відписатись від цього форуму.',
'STOP_WATCHING_TOPIC' => 'Відписатись від цієї теми.',

I think the trailing dot needs to be removed. Those labels appear in topic/forum menu in the top. There are another links like: Додати в закладки | Версія для друку | Повідомити друга по e-mail but they do not contain any trailing dots in the end. It would look better without trailing dot in the text of the mentioned labels.

3. File acp/permissions_phpbb.php:
'acl_m_warn' => array('lang' => 'Може робити попередження', 'cat' => 'misc'), // This moderator setting is only global (and not local)
'acl_m_ban' => array('lang' => 'Може керувати баном', 'cat' => 'misc'), // This moderator setting is only global (and not local)

However, original english translation contains also the text:

That text was not included into the ukrainian translation of those 2 above mentioned labels but it is very important text for administrators of a forum. Those settings are global moderator ones and it needs to keep them translated to avoid confusions with configuration etc.
I think it needs to add to those labels in the end something like:
