For anyone wants to have a vietnamese langauge pack for phpbb 3.0 it is recommended to travel at:

More specific, you download language pack for phpBB3 Beta5 it at @:

http://downloads.sourceforge.net/phpbbv ... eta5-a.zip

and for the phpbb3 CVS, you can download it @:

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfile ... _id=472869

I check and it a well-translated version
