It’s not OSS, therefore it is not available for download.
You can only use it as a tool.

Does anyone know of a replacement for this somewhere since it's been down about a week now?

Geoffreak,

Could you please fix the "snap shots" image? Thanks. It's not showing for me.

The tool currently doesn’t work, we need to create a new one/re-host this tool. :)

Highway (or anyone else), there have been several past attempts at tools for automating conversion from text mods to modx, but the ones I'm aware of (including this one) have all been abandoned. Is there any tool currently in use that will make the conversion using the latest prosilver based modx? I have a backlog of updates for my mods but I have no desire to create the modx by hand ;)

Thqanks, Igor. That seems quite useful but I doubt it is what I was looking for. I'm looking for something that will allow me to feed in a mod that is in plain text format (one that has all the title info, author info, author notes, history, and sql changes already built in and that has a separate file for subsilver2 so that the output will comply with the packaging guidelines). I gather your tool looks at the clean phpbb3 set fo files and a modded one and outputs a diff file rendered in xml (modx2.0), correct? But I am also assuming (maybe wrongly) that I would have to edit the final xml file to add those other things (authors notes, sql changes, etc.) and to break out the subsilver2 part. Is that correct or does you tool allow an author to automate that part too?

There was also an online converter that allowed you to feed a text mod into a screen and it would output modx, but the modx is outputs is now out of date.

Here's a link to the online converter, which would be perfect except that I think the modx version is out of date:
