I have just converted my phpbb2 board on to a fresh install of phpbb3rc1 using my old database and I would like to know if I make a test post etc will this affect my old board on the same database?
I don't intend to go live yet with phpbb3rc1 but would like to try a few things out but just need to know my old board will not be affected in anyway.

Thanks, I didn't think so but the thing that got me to ask was a users post on phpbb2 yesterday has shown up
on 3 now, it's only 1 post and not any of the others.
Is there a way to update all the latest data from 2 to 3 without doing the conversion thing again?
