Have you also downloaded from the same page and installed the imagesets for the language? There are translated buttons for subsilver2 and prosilver available just next to the language download. They need to be added to the imageset folder for the style.

First to say that i respect your work, you are the first man to make a Serbian lanuguage pack for phpBB2. I am using your lang files for some years and had no complainings about them (btw slazem se sa onim: South park je zakon - private joke
)
There`s just only one little thing you should pay attetniton at: the font at your subsilver2 image files is wrong. The default font for subSilver2 image files is Arial.
