Time zone not right

At my AP the Time zone is set to GMT + 1 and at my profile the Time zone is set to: GMT+1.
But when i post a message, the time is about 6 hours in future. Where is the problem?
Some of my users also complained about this problem.

Any help please.

If your timezone is correct in your personal profile then your server's time must be wrong.

so how can i adjust my servers time? If i can`t do that, then how can i adjust my phpBB time to be right according to the server time?

Is this your server, or a web host?
If it is not your server, complain to the owner.
