If it works properly in RC7 as other users have said, shouldn't you change the phpbb version to include RC7 along with RC4 and 5?

I also thought that the mod would need to be revalidated to include usage with RC7; but since he is a Mod Developer, he would have the ability to move it along quicker than mods created by those who aren't official Mod Developers.

BTW, we don't get any special treatment as MOD Team Members as far as our MODs going through the queue faster. -- they go through the same process and timeline as all other MODs.
if a MOD in the MOD DB were invalidated, we would normally notify the author and ask them to submit a new version, at which time it would be updated and the new version (i.e. RC7) would appear on the first post.
However, MODs do not update the version on every new phpBB product release, so even though it may not say "RC7", it doesn't mean that it won't work on that version.

I understand that, but wouldn't it make more sense to add it in there once it's been confirmed. That would save people time of searching if it said it within the Mod Database. There are mods in the database that have multiple versions listed. I guess i'm a bit confused on the process.

Please post the suggestion in the topic I linked to above... the MOD Team is not able to take considerations into account if we keep all the ideas in a MOD Release topic -- besides the fact that its going off topic now.

Thank you for this great mod!

Is it possible to set the User's Password by ACP, too?

I wanted to register some users by this mod and to give them a Password myself. When they login first time, they should change their passwords byself...

Is this possible?

Sorry for my bad english ;-)

Yes, after you have created the users account, you can edit them via the ACP.
You can, among other options, change their password.

when you add a user the "registered from" ip is set to your own ip. would be nice if it would be set to the users ip on first login or something like that.

Remember that the MOD automatically generates a password for the user, they can then login and change the password themselves.

The ability to set a Password will come in the next version, the password field will be optional and will set a random password by default if the field is not filled.
