Wierd Prolem with Administrative Area

i am having a problem with the administrative area in my forum. When I go to Forum Management it shows "Test Catergory 1" & "Test Forum 1" under that. But when i go to another computer it shows all of the right forums up. And when i go to the forum index it shows all of the right forums up from the 2nd computer. (The other computer is Windows XP)

Can someone help me?

Clear the browser cache of the computer that is showing the old pages.

well it only does that with my computer... my computer has problems. i have 3 other computers that work fine. i can use one of em. dont worry about it...
