I actually started development a bit over a month ago. I waited until I had a decent working copy before I posted the thread, because I didn't want to post a bunch of promises about what I would be including then have to admit I couldn't add them in until some later date.

I should have some code up in the next few days but probably not until midweek next week. I was going to release something this week, but I had two major assignments come up at university and haven't had time to work through the code the past few days.

So, I was going to be working on the MOD this weekend, but I forgot that the state fair is in town. Instead of working on the MOD, I'm going to be taking my girlfriend to that instead. I'll definitely have a download out sometime next week though but probably closer to the end.

That would be a feature for a Usable Item not a core MOD feature. I believe we had an item similar to this on our support site that was called a Booster Pack or something.

Yeah, I had this for phpbb2, as a booster pack for a site I am running. The players could buy a booster pack of stats cards for a game I run. Then they would open it and get 9 random cards.

This could be done for anything really, that is just one example. Unfortunately, I lost the code, sooo, I have to come up with it again. I am not very skilled in php, but I will see what I can do (don't expect much too soon ).

We still have the code for it. I'm not sure what happened with Prizem's server and the support site, but I still have all the code from the user submitted stuff.

Usually those types of things can be done using Span modifiers, correct? Or does phpBB3 not use that?

Not sure, I've been hoping for someone to make a MOD to let me change things like that but no one has done it yet.

I had some major stuff come up at work, and I'm right in the middle of trying to move to a new place, so I'm a bit behind where I expected to be right now. I am working on it and will have some files up as soon as I can.
