Is there any way to make texts in fields to not disappear after adding attachments? For example the subject stays and the main textarea are staying but fields from STS are refreshing.

Hey guys thanks for the MOD and all the additional instructions for the updates on fields and such.

Not sure if this is relevant to this topic and also I apologize...I have no knowledge of php and manage based on your instructions. I am currently running a forum in my corporate environment and have been given the tasks of setting up a help desk/support ticket type of solution. The basis of what they are trying to achieve is to open a ticket (this is where the STS mod works well because the data given is specific and formatted nicely). After the ticket is open is there a way to apply some sort of ticket number and a way to track it with a status type (open, pending, solved)?

Once again thanks for all your time and work for this MOD as it puts me one step closer to getting this setup in place.

Hello
The db_update.php must lie in the root directory.

So don't create an sql folder like the directions implies? Simply put the file in /home/sonyread/public_html/forums/db_update.php
