Hi
A new Version is available. You can now the Support Ticket System in ACP enable/disable. You simply have to go in ACP and activate the Support Ticket System for the Forum you wish. When the Support Ticket System is inaktive, you have the normal phpBB Post System.

a little dummy problem here.....

I want to install support ticket system 1.02 on my phpbb3.02.
I follow the install.xml steps only few differences because I use zh language.
1. Copy root/language/en/mods/ticket.php to language/zh/mods/ticket.php
2. Edit language/zh/acp/forums.php

all is finished and I couln't find way to activate support ticket system in the acp.
what had I done wrong? or any hint?

Have you clear your cache?

Edit a Forum and under "General forum settings" you will find the Option "Enable the SupportTicket Assistant"

Great mod. I will never use it because of the inability to hide the ticket from all other members except the one whom posted it, however. This would be a really nice feature to add. Without it this mod is useless on a professional level.

Thanks, Mahoney ... this is a great mod!! You wrote it so that it is very easy to follow and change. I am changing it so people can post surf spots based on a pre-defined template. I've even integrated google maps so they input Cartesian coordinates and it pulls it up on a map in the post.

Hmmm ... so everything worked out great testing locally. For whatever reason, now that I have uploaded all of the files and made the sql query on the live server, the "Use STS" option in the ACP just won't stick?! It keeps reverting back to "No".

Any ideas what I might have done wrong?
