Viewtopic Birthday

All new MODs released in our MOD Database will be announced in here. All support for released MODs needs to take place in the Customisations Database.

Oh. Winzip just shows you all files and their path within the zip. Othe zip programs, such as winmerge or even windows XP's explorer display the folders as folders. I suggest you use a client like that. There's free ones too, for example 7z.

i'm sure you're missing something because it works for me on first straightforward installation. have you uploaded cake image to proper folder of your forum?

I replaced all the files with backups and after I mow the lawn, I am starting from scratch and will report back. I have never had a problem with a mod... HAd to have missed something small! Thanks for all the responses!!

I did.. but there were a couple that had a stragging comma on line 3 and I am working on a laptop thats not terribkly bright! (lightwise i mean!)

Tried on two test forums. Doesn't work. Dont know where is the problem. Tried to clear the cache for Styles and whole forum, with no luck.

btw. what does "BOM" mean?

OK. Now it is clear. I converted the files i edited to utf-8 without BOM. but no result. I use Notepad++ as text editor. it has funcions to convert files removing BOM.

Here is my test forum, i changed my birthday to today.

Did you apply the template edits? Did you purge the cache? Did you refresh imagesets in the "Styles" tab of the ACP?
