I have installed this direction by direction... and can't find this in the ACP

I am not sure what you are looking for in ACP. The only item in the ACP is an on/off switch General > Board configuration > Board settings > Show disclaimer.

If you have not got that then you have not run the install file.

EDIT: I have it working... I think i missed an edit in includes/functions.php. lol...

I too have installed this mod - the installation went without any problems.

I can see the option in the ACP, to switch it on or off (it's switched on) and I've purged the cache however when I go into the Forum I can't see the disclaimer at all.

I've even switched it off, than back on - still no good.

I am using the prosilver template . . . . and the MKPortal.

Any ideas ?
