I have this when i go /install/converters/convert_smf11.php...
then it shows blank page

phpbb3/install/install_convert.php <- I didnt found this like FAQ told it.

You don't go to /install/converters/convert_smf11.php. You go to install/index.php, then select the SMF convertor.

Did you read Cnvert How To?
