What seems to be the issue?

Nothing I can do. That extension is adding a span tag into this extensions span tag.

Open the listener file and find this line (around line 115 of the file)

Code: Select all

            $this
->template->assign_block_vars('lastvisit', array(

'USERNAME_FULL'    => '<span' $hover_info '>' get_username_string((($row['user_type'] == USER_IGNORE) ? 'no_profile' 'full'), $row['user_id'], $row['username'], $row['user_colour']) . '</span>',
            ));

replace with this

Code: Select all

            $this
->template->assign_block_vars('lastvisit', array(

'USERNAME_FULL'    => get_username_string((($row['user_type'] == USER_IGNORE) ? 'no_profile' 'full'), $row['user_id'], $row['username'], $row['user_colour']),
            ));

That solved the problem for me too on 3.2.0.

Just a note, this fix allows line breaks to appear before commas. So, some usernames are listed like this:
User 1, User 2, User 3 ... User 12, User 13
, User 14, User 15, etc.
I've changed {L_COMMA_SEPARATOR} in the theme file to &bull; to remedy this issue.

What does your question have to do with this topic?

Same fix for bots find this:
  • Code: Select all

    				$this->template->assign_block_vars('bot_lastvisit', array(
    					'BOTNAME_FULL'	=> '<span' . $hover_info . '>' . get_username_string('no_profile', $row['user_id'], $row['username'], $row['user_colour']) . '</span>',
    				));
Replace with:
  • Code: Select all

    				$this->template->assign_block_vars('bot_lastvisit', array(
    					'BOTNAME_FULL'	=> get_username_string('no_profile', $row['user_id'], $row['username'], $row['user_colour']),
    				));
