You do not have permission to post in chat.
I get this error when trying to write in chat, everyone else can write in chat except for me.

then somewhere in the permissions you are set to no or never. you will have to check all of the groups that you belong to for chat permissions

I have the same problem but i think the permissions are right.. i cant find the mistake.

I fixed it. FTP phpbb cache was deleted
