Just installed the mod.
Set permissions properly.
I see shout box on bottom of my homepage. If I try to type anything I get the error "Ajax Error: Not Found".

There are 2 other topics on this but no information provided. This is a new PHPBB install 3.1.9.

Please make sure to enable the shoutbox/make it visible for guests.

Granted guests view permissions. Still getting the error. I purposely didn't want guests to see it.

This is not a issue with this extension, but with your board/server configuration. You need or too make sure you enabled mod_rewrite or you need to disable url rewriting in your ACP.

From the ACP:

General, Server Settings,

Path Settings: Enable URL Rewriting set to NO

Resolved this issue.
