i see Attachment Fluff Buster doesn't work with ver. 3.3
or smth with style, im with forum version 3.3.10

I dont know what you are doing wrong, but it works perfectly in prosilver dark

No obvious conflicts strike me, but I can not find all of them on phpBB.com so maybe one of those is the cause.

All I can suggest is disabling them one at a time and see if that fixes the issue with this extension

I found an ext that cause the conflix with ur ext, it's download, i will contact with author of the ext and will see to fix it

If I can let me have a link to the relevant extension I'll have a look and see if I can adapt my code (its unlikely that the other extensions author will be willing or able to)

Try this

Disable the extension, then download and unzip the attached, upload them to replace the existing attachmentflufbuster files on your server, then re enable.

Works on my local test board so please let me know if its working for you
