Hi,
I'm trying tu use this extension.
phpBB version 3.1.10, Safari 11.1.1, MacOS High Sierra.

I can attach the mp3 file, insert in my message, then the player bar appears in the message body.
Then if I click the play button, I can hear the mp3 but my user gets logged out of the forum ....

The bug doesn't affect Chrome browser, only safari.

Try version 1.1.0 of extension (attached with this post) with phpBB 3.1.11.

Safari bug is fixed in version 1.1.0.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I tested this version with the same issue.
Site upgraded to php 3.1.12 btw.

I can upload the file, the player app shows up in the message. Chrome can play the mp3, firefox too, but when I click play in safari nothing obvious happens but if I refresh the page or click on any link I have to login again to the forum.
Weird ?

I want you to try download any zip or rar file in your forum in Safari. If you log out after download action that means it is phpBB bug. please tell because I have not Iphone

Hello,

I can attach a zip file and download it.
I understand it's hard for you to debug this issue if you don't have a MacOS and Safari.

The problem might be due to the fact that the "src" filename doesn't end with .mp3, although you specify the mime type.
