Greetings,

I have physical and visual limitations that force me to keep my typing to an absolute minimum. I currently use Dictate for Mac to input text, but I think this would be a better, long-term solution.

Is there any way to limit the use of this to the Admin, only?

This extension does not manage permissions. but you can do this by ACP attachment permissions. you can ask in phpBB support: How to allow only admin to attach a specified file extension.
