I just upgraded my board to phpBB 3.2 and the following error is thrown:
I guess this needs updating to make it compatible.

I will have a 3.2 compatible version available later today

I would be most grateful for some advice on how to get the forums up and running again so that I can disable the original version and then install the new version.

UPDATE: I found that the extension can be disabled using phpMyAdmin to edit the bb_ext table, and this cleared the error.

I was unable to find bb_ext table in my phpMyAdmin.

It is probably named phpbb_ext

Okay, I found it under txfb_ext > pico/autodbbackup. and I changed the '1' under 'ext_active' to '0' it did not work. was there anything else I can to do disable it?

If you do that then you need to purge the cache

How do I purge the cache?
