Semiautomatic (!)

I wanted to place the new members in a special group, which I granted some privileges for the first seven days. New members join this group, but do not automatically leave the group.

To leave the group I have to resync the settings. So this is manual.

How Can I Solve This? How can everything be fully automated? Is the problem with me or with the current version?

Here is what I want to say:
