Hi everyone, I would like to put rules on a predefined group but it won't let me choose it. If I try to create a self-group it tells me that no group is available.
What should I do then?
Thank you

Re: there are no groups available
All the default groups in phpBB have pre-defined roles and purposes. Auto Groups can only be used with custom created groups.

ok, so how do i get it to act on a predefined group? maybe you have to create a new group equal to the predefined one? is there by any chance a procedure to follow?
my goal would be to remove global moderators when they are inactive and have them automatically become registered users
thanks

Re: there are no groups available
You have to make your own groups that have whatever settings and permissions you want those group members to have. You can create your own moderation groups.

Re: there are no groups available
so, let me understand: in the meantime, how do I create a group identical to that of the global moderators? make it the same and maybe call it something else, like moderators (without globals)
once this is done, I will move the moderators from the default one and then I will be able to use autogroups to move them from there to the registered users group, right?
Thank you

Re: there are no groups available
Sorry, one more question: can it be set, for example, that a user must write at least 10 posts per month, or in the last 30 days, otherwise they change groups?
