first of all, you have to be the moderator of the forum, or you can`t see these options.

1. go to post page, your url should look like this 2. check top-right of the post, there is a button `information`, click on it

3. in the MCP, go to tab "Main > Post details", you will see option "change post time" just over there

Note that "this" is not reference to phpbb.com but the forum your are moderating.

The option is not displaying in my moderator control panel. My phpBB version is 3.3.10.
Could you please advise me on what I should do?
