An official phpBB extension that allows users to collapse and minimise forum categories with a simple click.
Features:- Collapsed forums are remembered for users (using the db) and guests (using cookies).
- CSS styling makes it easy to adjust the appearance and placement of the collapse buttons to work with other styles.
- Can be added to other extensions (if the extension's author integrates it). Learn how in the docs.
- Designed for Prosilver and Prosilver-based styles.
- For version 2.1.x - phpBB 3.3.11 or newer
- For version 2.0.x - phpBB 3.2.0 - 3.3.10
- For version 1.x.x - phpBB 3.1.5 - 3.2.11
Upgrading from 1.x to 2.x?
You may need to update other extensions you are using that have Collapsible Categories integration (Recent Topics, mChat, Simple News Admin, Poll on Index). If those extensions have not been updated for compatibility with version 2.x, you can revert back to Collapsible Categories 1.x until such time as these other extensions get updated.
