How to Get Custom Header on Index
Great extension, but I can't figure out how to get a custom header on the index page of my forum.

I ended up just modifying the prosilver header to display my custom banner. I wanted the same header on every page anyhow.

Use "Custom page logo assignment" and for the page name enter "index".
You still have to assign it on all other forum sections - there's no inheritance.
