Error in admin log?

Hello.

I saw an illogical entry in the log file in the admin area (admin log).

A summary has been sent to user A for user B. Users A and B have not created any subscriptions.

What could be the error that this appears in the log file?

It's not an error message in digests. Perhaps it is some other extension you have installed or some feature of phpBB itself.
