Works ok except it is not very responsive - is there a quick fix for this?

The image is cut off from the right until it resizes smaller when the browser reaches 700px width.
After that most of the image is cut off at the next change in size at about 600px.
Can't see anything on my phone.
Would be great if it maintained aspect ratio and gradually resized.
