I have just run a subscription test and neither the transaction, nor subscription are showing in the ACP module.

I should perhaps point out that this is on a 3.2.8 board also (Not 3.2.7).

I may be doing or may have done something I shouldn't, however, here is what I have done:

Set a "Plus+ Member" Rank (see screengrab)
Set a "Plus+ Member" group (see screengrab)

I have also ensured that, under the package settings, "Plus+ Members" is set as "default group" for subscribers.

Setup a 1 year term of subscription
Setup a 4 week term of subscription (for testing purposes) (see screengrab)

I purchased a "4 week" subscription to test it worked ok and other than the paypal transaction going through without a problem (see screengrab) I see no evidence of the transaction (see screengrab), or subscription (see screengrab) in the acp module on the forum.

I am sure the settings are good (see screengrab) unless I am missing something obvious?

I would like to use and I really do need to use this Group subscription extension to help support the website and forum I run as it is for a non-profit event. The fact that the webhosting is costly means a requirment of being self sustaining and this fantastic extension will allow that to be a reality.

Can you check the error log of your web server for any PHP errors?

No php errors showing
(PHP Version 5.3.29 if that helps?)

That's a pretty old version of PHP. The minimum supported version is 5.4.

Well, I guess I will have to deal with my server provider over the php version.

Other than that, anything I need to double check? anything in the database to check?

According to php my admin:

What is the PHP version number listed in the Admin Control Panel of your phpBB installation?

PHP version: 5.4.45

Yeah, the phpBB docs list 5.4.7+ in the requirements. If you are able to update your PHP version and the problem persists, let me know. You may need to reinstall the extension.

So, at first you say

I have to question why that is not listed under "Minimum Requirements" on the Contribution details page? it would surely make much more sense and help avoid certain issues cropping up.

Now, other than having hassled my server provider who are unwilling to update the php version, I didd indeed try disabling/deleting info/deleting extension, then re-uploading/enabling/re-doing the settings but no change to the behaviour.

Strangely, it perfromed fine on 3.2.7 forum!

I don't list the minimum version because it is below phpBB's minimum required version.

Ok, had words with server provider and my php version is now at 7.2.23 according to my forum ACP panel.

Still not showing transactions and, as a result, no subscriptions other than if a subscription is created for a member manually...

Still the same problem on the upgraded PHP version of no Transactions or subscriptions showing.....

Any errors in your logs?
