On the plugin of my forum the photos are not clear and seem too big...
How can I fix this problem, please?

That's the point of using a captcha with images (or text), they are shown in a way that are not so clear, so a bot would have have a hard time trying to decode the image.

This extension only enables the service. I have no control of the images that are being shown since that's controlled by hCaptcha itself.

Besides, as I said before, technically that's not a "problem".

If you are having a hard time trying to solve a specific captcha, you can reset it to show different images by clicking in the reset icon.
