This is a port of the Join Date Format mod by idiotnesia
Features:- Select formats for Viewtopic, Memberlist & profile (can all be different)
- Formats now available via Extensions tab in ACP

Installation:- Download the latest release and unzip it.
- Copy the entire contents from the unzipped folder to
root/ext/ - Navigate in the ACP to Customise -> Manage extensions.
- Find Joined date format under "Disabled Extensions" and click Enable.
