Do you see any errors?
My extensions:
Simple CMS, Feed post bot, Avatar Resize, Modbreak, Magic OGP, Live topic update, Modern Quote, Quoted Where (GDPR) and Autoresponder.
Newest: FAQ manager for 3.2

No error, it just don't work at all.
See here an example, a link to the wikipedia page.

The link uses the extension "External links open in a new window" but totally ignores Magic OGP.

Well, since others report it working it has probably todo with your board. Think of styling, other extensions and such.
