when the extension is disabled, the YouTube, YouTube_be, Vimeo and Spotify buttons remain visible.
How can I remove them while the extension is disabled?

What do you mean? Do you mean the buttons when entering? Yes, they remain active even if ext is deactivated.
There is no provision for deactivating buttons etc.
In addition, if the extension is deactivated, the previous entries in the posts are retained and then the BB code information is simply replaced so that the entries continue to work, so the buttons will not be deactivated in the future.
