Sreen area on Mobile ??

by stoo23 » Fri Nov 22, 2024 6:36 am

Whilst my application of my Teamup calendar, embedded into 'Pages' works great and looks fine on a computer, I was wondering if anyone has any Ideas or Suggestions (Fixes), etc for viewing 'Pages' on a Mobile ??

When viewing Normal Posts or the Main page of the Forum, one has quite a bit of screen area to view things/scroll etc, yet when viewing my embedded Teamup Calendar from the 'link' placed After the 'Breadcrumbs', I end up with the 'Bits' of the Forum, taking up Most of the Screen Real Estate, leaving a Very Small & Limited section (Outlined in Red), to view the embedded Calendar on the 'Page', .... see image below:

Is there some methodology to change this Default 'View' ??
I do understand I can rotate the phone to Landscape, but it is still a woefully small area, compared to a normal 'post'.

No, you'll need to play with your iframe settings for height. The default settings from the teamup embed wizard work as fine as can be done on mobile:

 ;)
Ahhh, well, there you go, during the process of Sorting the previous issue we had out and my Sys' Admin' friend helping, he had made a slight change to the Code on the Pages screen, that made for a very Neat and Tidy presentation of the Calendar when viewing on a PC, but appeared to be the Issue, when viewing on a Mobile, as it disallowed moving the 'Presented' Forum, within the Mobile Display area.

Reverting to the Pure unadulterated Teamup Code, has in effect, 'Fixed' the problem, as per your posted example,.. thanks again,... :)

Glad I had a Test forum running to Compare ;)
