3.2 vs installed - Missing link at top - not authorized

I installed the 3.2 version of this modification, and installed the extension, and I enabled it. When through the settings. I Selected "Yes" for Enable PayPal Donation, and "Yes" for Display the link “Donations” in the header, but cleared my cache, and the link still doesn't show up top. When I click the donations link at the bottom i get the page that says, "You are not authorised to access this area."


Has anyone else had this issue?

Set the permissions
ACP>>Permissions>>user/groups
