Could you tell me where I can look to change the text highlited in the attached picture please. I wish it to say. "Our goal is to raise (x amount) towards the upkeep of this site"

Hi Cliff,

The language keys are located in the language directory of the extension.
Edit the proper file (in your case donate.php)
