Does PayPal send the IPN to your server, or does this extension fetch it?
Reason I ask is because I use a script called CIDRAM (available at Github) that can and will block many server IPs from connecting to my site. I also block many server IPs at the CloudFlare level. If PayPal SENDS me data it may get blocked. If my forum requests data like the IPN then there would be no problem.
Make sense?

Re: IPN fetch or send?
Thanks. It appears PayPal has their own ASN, so there may not be an issue with the send after all. I'll give this extensions a shot and see.
One more question: With the sandbox, the username I think it is has an email with tld at the end. Do I use tld or .com or something? Thanks again!

Hi,
For Sandbox use as is. There is no mistake or something to change.
