A/ the link use the same name as the one placed in the navbar on the header.
To change the name, open the file
B/ There are multiple gradients defined in the CSS.
The file is located in

The file is located in
<ext_path>/styles/<style_name>/theme and the CSS starts from line 149 to 335.-
