Paypal extension fails to show in the menu bar - PayPal Donation Extension
Paypal extension fails to show in the menu bar
https://www.rescueremediesdogrescue.co.uk/
Our forum is correctly up to date with phpbb and prosilver red style inherits from prosilver, we were lucky to find a volunteer here who has done this for us.
I have installed the paypal donation extension on the above forum. I tested on a demo forum and it worked perfect.
However on this forum, I cannot get it to show in the menu.
I hope my screen shots may help source the issue
Thank you in advance
Alison and Frances

Re: Paypal extension fails to show in the menu bar
If you go directly on the donation page we can note that the CSS is not loaded.
Do you have other extensions enabled ?
If yes, please can you disable all of them and enable only PPDE?

Clear the forum cache.
I also noticed this issue. Is happens sometimes when you "Resynchronise statistics", of change some settings.
After clearing the forum cache, the links are visible again.

Where are you using that PayPall BBcode? Yes, maybe there is a conflict with it. Some code that runs 2 times on the same page...

Re: Paypal extension fails to show in the menu bar
Hi Solidjeuh, i did a screenshot on a previous of where the paypal code was
This has now been removed
I have reset up the paypal extension yet we still cannot see in the menu bar
i have purged the cache and checked other browers
It worked perfect on the demo site using the identical phpbb script and child theme
I am puzzled

Sure your group permissions can see those links? Are you by any chance also in the "Newly registered" group? Or a group where the permissions are set to "Never"?

Hi,
I don't know why the CSS loads on the test board but not on the live board.

Re: Paypal extension fails to show in the menu bar
This is the PPDE css file.
You can check that point by using the Devtools (F12) on your browser.
the following screenshot is the sources files from your test board Please can you install and enable your RescueRemedies style on your test board?
