Renaming GB to UK

Would it be possible to rename Great Britain to United Kingdom?
How could I do this?

For educational purposes only the correct title of our country is the "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland" and most are used to the UK rather than GB.

Edit the flag and change the name?

I managed to change the name of the flag and the description in m2 of the migrations folder but that didn't have the desired effect. I changed them both back.
I will just leave it as it is just in case I muck it up.

Go into the ACP of the extension and edit the flag and change the name. It couldn't be much simpler.
