uploaded it to /public_html/ext/rmcgirr83/nationalflags/flags/Scotland.png
I put in Scotland for the name of flag
and Scotland.png for file name

I had a brain fart figured it out I'm still going to post this incase anyone else had this problem
use lower case letters for file name
