I have downloaded the National Flags extension, I have uploaded the host but I do not see Extensions Manager, why?

Where did you upload the extension? Show me the directory tree.

I unzipped nationalflags nationalflags\rmcgirr83\nationalflags << and copy to /public_html/ext/phpbb then I went into acp / Extensions Manager and I do not see the extension to activate it , i have 3.22 version phpbb

It doesn't go into the ext/phpbb directory. The directory structure should be ext->rmcgirr83->nationalflags
