So, i have forum where I have to activate any user manually.
Ergo, I have to delete all spammers manually.
It would be great, if the there was a checkbox with the deletion in the ACP, where I can choose to report such a user to stop forum spam directly.

I get notified of new posts, some are clearly spam and I can report them on the webpage used to accept or reject the posting. Would be great if there was a setting option that allowed the extension to report the spam AND auto delete the user and all their posts.

You could use the Ban Hammer extension which has a hook to SFS.
With Ban Hammer you can ban the user, delete all its posts and private messages and report it to SFS all in one mouseclick.
