Extension description: With this extension users are able to create new topics from
all genuine [New Topic] Buttons. After clicking the button a dropdown list of predefined forums is being shown.

New features/Changes:
- Original [New Topic] button on “Board Index” removed.
- Works with all current standard phpBB [New Topic] buttons.
- Forum selection pull-down menu within new topic window is now ordered alphabetically.
- Automatically saves any already typed text in new topic window to clipboard when switching designated forum for posting.
*If the topic text or topic subject box is not left empty then warning message appears and prevents posting an empty topic (white-spaces and line-breaks will be ignored).
*Note: This extension is compatible with all major-browsers – Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Edge, Internet Explorer - (mobile devices not tested)
