Hi.

I've installed this extension and set time to 72h. It works for me, when I post message, it merge it. But on our forum there is user who posts new post in time interval about 15-30 mins . His posts are not merging. How is it possible?

Check the user global permissions on merging posts.

Nope. Only new posts can be merged.
