Can't get topics to display

I have installed the extension and enabled it. I also went through and read the FAQ - I cleared the cache and also enabled similar topics in permissions for all users (it was disabled by default). I can't seem to get topics to display.

I believe this was an issue with my cloudflare so please disregard and remove. Eventually, I was able to enable it. Thanks!

It does not work with the latest version of phpBB (phpBB 3.2.7).
