I'm running a forum with topics ranging back over 13 years.
Occassionaly a user clicks one of the similar topics, but is not aware of the age of the topic.
This let me to think it would be a nice to have the option to be able to show a subtle warning to a user if he/she decides to reply in a topic that is over 'xx'-years old.

I know what you mean, on a busy forum many old topics get posted to fairly frequently so its a great suggestion.
