I have installed this extension on the latest version of phpbb (currently 3.3.11).
I have configured it so a email should be sent for each post to each subscriber.
I have added some posts and no emails were sent.
Emails were sent notifying of each new topic before I have added this extension so I know that emails are correctly configured.
I have attempted to set up the cron and ran it successfully and still no emails are sent.
Where can I start with troubleshooting this?

edit: the emails for new topics are being sent. it seems only the emails for new posts are not being sent.
any ideas on what I should be looking for?

Same here I think. No emails were sent when replying to topics with 1.0.8 on 3.3.11
I rolled back to 1.0.5 and things are back to working fine.

I will try rolling back the version and letting you know if that does the trick.

I just tested 1.0.8 on phpBB 3.3.10, once with the "Enable for posts" option set to "User's Choice" and once with it set to "Yes". "Email on each new post" was set to "User's Choice" and both times I received the Topic Reply Notification email. I then set "Email on each new post" to "Yes" and once again I received the Topic Reply Notification. I looked at what was updated in phpBB 3.3.11 and don't see anything related to the notification emails. So I don't know why it's not working for you both.
