Latest version for 3.1 - QuickReply Reloaded
Latest version for 3.1
I see on this page, that latest version is 1.1beta1 - https://github.com/BoardTools/QuickReply/releases
But here it seems to be RC1 - https://github.com/BoardTools/QuickRepl ... ts/develop
So it RC1 released? Can it be used on live site?
Also, where is a demo for quicknick?
Really looking forward to it - QRR is one of my two "must-have" extensions

Re: Latest version for 3.1
The release is available only when it is announced.
Version update means that it will be made soon, just some final preparations need to be made.

Re: Latest version for 3.1
I have installed 1.1rc1 a few notes:
- When I view a topic and click the "back" button in the browser (Edge) I get a message loading indication.
- Quicknick is not working at all: phpBB 3.1.9, PBTech 3.0.8.2. I just see a bolded user-name but no notification is sent or link... Also I'm unable to use @ to mention a user. Only if I click on the user's name which is limited - and sometimes it creates the drop-down menu...
- As a note, the [ref] tag is not clear, why not use a [mention] tag?

Thank you for your reply.
If you opened a topic, navigated to another page and then clicked the 'back' button, it is the intended behaviour.koraldon wrote:- When I view a topic and click the "back" button in the browser (Edge) I get a message loading indication.
The feature works OK with PBTech by PayBas, have not checked newer releases by Sajaki.koraldon wrote:- Quicknick is not working at all: phpBB 3.1.9, PBTech 3.0.8.2. I just see a bolded user-name but no notification is sent or link...
It works only in dropdown mode - when you click on a username you can use a special button for mentioning.
There is no mention of that feature in extension's description or FAQ.koraldon wrote:Also I'm unable to use @ to mention a user.
It is not planned to be added in the near future.
'Ref' is the short form of 'Refer by username', the name of the feature.koraldon wrote:- As a note, the [ref] tag is not clear, why not use a [mention] tag?
And it is shorter than 'mention'.
BBCodes do not need to be full words: bold is just 'b', italic is just 'i' etc.
