Question: Does this sitemap extension update the new links added to your forum constantly by autogenerating them in the sitemap?

How do you cache the sitemap so it doesn't use up server resources or put a load on your server? Is there a way to enable caching? Or is it automatic?

Also, has anyone experienced that this has made a difference in the SEO of your forum? Do pages get indexed faster and rank higher in search engines from this extension?
